At Toytown Toronto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location across Canada.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items at our Toronto warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
